HSE Operations Management
Implement RLOC, RLIC, QP, MIC, Technip, Bechtel and UHDA HSE program & Safety plans, Project Safety Rules & Policies.
Direct HSE operations with focus on development of Programs; formulate guidelines & procedures; developing operational budgets etc.
Enable Departments / Sites in setting annual HSE objectives and monitor progress.
Maintain records for safety inductions, fire trainings, inspections, auditing, accident investigations, and incidents involving companies’ property damage.
Environment Management
Monitor the level of air, noise & water pollution and initiate need-based measures to adhere to Regulatory/Corporate requirements.
Direct internal audits to ensure all operations are executed within environmental stipulations.
Plan, organise, coordinate & supervise in consonance with the Safety & Environmental concerns pertaining to construction activities at contract manufacturing/existing sites.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14000 standards and organisational safety measures.
Chart several safety measures for minimising occurrence of accidents, fires, calamities.
Inspect of all fixed & mobile/ machinery and equipment in assigned areas of responsibility, erected scaffolds, lifting tackles, hand and power tools, etc. to ensure adherence to established procedures.
Assess the organisation’s compliance with Legal / Regulatory requirements as well as internal norms and procedures.
Prepare H.S.E plan.
Prepare Waste Management Plan.
Prepare and submit emergency plan.
Prepare and submit Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all construction activities.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Organize safety committee meeting.
Review Method Statement (MS) for all construction activities.
Review lifting study.
Prepare and submit HSE statistics.
Prepare Project Risk Assessment for EPIC projects.
Attending HAZID, HAZOP and SIL workshop in EPIC Projects.
Maintenance Management
Supervise implementation in all aspects of safety, occupational health, loss prevention, fire protection, pertaining to Civil / mechanical works and improving safety and environment management system.
Ensure effective usage of spares for various maintenance functions.
Undertake regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.
The graduation project was Air Jet Ejector and the evaluation was excellent
