Working as technical office engineer in tendering department Studying tenders to understand nature of project and contract, Reviewing provided Contract, BOQ, Drawings, and Specifications for the new Project. • Prepare the BOQ to receive the Dry Cost unit rates. • Receiving quotations from Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors • Make sure that the quotations comply with the Employer required and provided Specifications • Prepare comparison Sheet for rates Quoted by Sub Contractors and suppliers • Breakdown BOQ items that will not be assigned to Subcontractors in order to properly price them • Using unit rates for materials and equipment • Perform quantity take off for lump sum project or items.
I've Worked as Technical office engineer doing all QS tasks, shop drawings, subcontractors invoices and cost estimates for 3000 m2 mall in new Cairo - 5th Settlement.
Worked as technical office engineer at at " The Water Way" Residential project contributed with delivering 210 full-furnished units to the Italian embassy, also contributed in waterway white mall with 3500 m2 doing all Qs tasks and Subcontractors invoices.
