Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. Calculating and checking GRN/STOCKS/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE.
Recording and filing cash transactions and controlling credit and chasing debt. Invoice processing and filing.
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
•Answer questions about account types and banking products, such as CDs, money market accounts, loans and credit cards and conduct foreign currency transactions for overseas traveler, Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
Reach out to potential customers to generate new business, Perform administrative duties (e.g. entering data into banking software, Advise customers on bank services for their needs.
Analysis of volumes and customer spend pattern in order to launch strategic promotional Activity, Manage allocate budget to deliver promotional proposition with adequate control.
