pipeline.

Communicate widely with all the Co. stations within the Co. Network to resolve problems
relating to service failures.
- Respond to all tracking and tracing inquires received by the customers by using shipment
inquiry module, e-mail and internet giving real time shipment status information.
- Pro-actively monitoring shipments belongs to key accounts assigned from the Sales Dept.
- Investigate and record complaints/or claims and keep customer regularly informed on the
progress of investigation to manage customer expectation.
