Equate Petrochemical Co.: As a local counsel in many labor disputes that have been filled against the client. Attend meetings with the HR. Department to discuss the internal policy terms of Equate, and provide the legal advices to amend /add some significant pars to be compatible with the Kuwaiti Labor Law and the law of Oil Sector.
United Bank: As one of local counsels who handle the claim against UAE Gov. with amount of $400, 000, 000 and representing the client before the Expert Department as a sector of the Ministry of Justice, Kuwait.
Negotiate and structuring mergers and acquisitions. Negotiate and structuring international joint ventures, in-bound and out-bound. Advise on transfer pricing and related issues. Utilize my knowledge in law field and provide legal perspective on business matters to clients. Advise the organization on entering the business contracts and its relevant obligations. PAHW: As a Leader of the Legal Team of the nominated Consortium, who was in charge for all aspects of Kuwaiti laws input in relation to Phase 1 in connection with 2 projects of Khiran and low-cost houses project, including: (i) Local legal advice on the feasibility study and related report; (ii) Local legal advice on due diligence for projects.
Ministry of Education: As a manager of the appointed legal counsels’ team in association with Eversheds law firm, England, for handling all aspects of within the Kuwaiti laws input in relation to both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of a new PPP, including Local legal advice on the feasibility study and related report.
Burgan Bank: As a legal counsel to revise many finance agreements with foreign corporations, the agreements values were up to $650, 000, 000.

That was through attending the meetings with ABB’s counsels to discuss and negotiate, in order to reach to a fair settlement, and provided legal advice to amend /add the relevant aspects of facts to be compatible with the relevant applicable laws.
Ministry of Communication Kuwait: As one of local legal team who won the claim against the ministry
claiming amount of $35, 750, 000, 000 and represented KIB before the Expert Department as a sector of the Ministry of Justice, Kuwait.
