Established demand forecasts and plans for 3000 SKU’s for all over Saudi Arabia based on sales forecasts & historical customer demand and communicated these schedules to the Contract Manufacturer.
Maintained the master schedule in the ERP system and took actions based on resulting MRP data. This includes procurement of any consignment components to be provided to our Contract Manufacturers outside of the Turn Key solution.
Ensured generation of correct and timely purchase orders of $4.5M monthly.
Identified opportunity to cut costs by removing slow moving SKU’s from several product portfolios and using common components on existing high runner products.
Identified LTB (Last time buy) items for procurement to ensure smooth production and no revenue loss.
Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information in SAP legacy ERP system.
Monitored and verified data accuracy (i.e. orderable part numbers) within the ERP system and sales forecast tools.
