As a clients relationship officer in Crunch Doha, my duty was to be tge friendly with all customers for the good of the company,
As I'm also the consultant, i have to keep the relationship between me and the customer higher and higher in reason to lead him to renew his subscription for more months,
I hit all the targets in this position and i win the trust of all my clients.
Also i was responsible for business development as I am the only one who is in direct relation with customers and i know their needs., so my second duty was to find solutions to grow the company and to discuss it with my manager and the rest of the team
I developed my skills on sales as i'm the key point between the organisation and its clients by applying my duties like :
