Main achievements: Huge growth (9-fold increase in units sold), market share from 1% to 5% in 2 years.

▪ Promoted to Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, I expanded the business to 2nd-tier markets (Lebanon,
Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco) and mobile operators, lining up necessary resources to make inroads to fuel success.
Rethinking the Channel strategy to Meet Go-Forward Challenges
▪ Promoted to Regional Director for MEA region in the face of corporate global downturn and reduced funding, conceived new channel
strategy - taking a cluster approach to managing sales - to let business to do more with less.
▪ Launched major RFP and led the selection process of channel partners based on the new segmentation done for the MEA region.

(41% market share) in Tunisia’s mobile market in less than 4 years. Grew nearly non-existent sales in Libya to achieve 21% market share
(strong second player).
▪ Built team and led the Go-To-Market strategy by analyzing the market, identifying the right Channel partners and the right target segment
and price positioning to drive explosive growth. Successful strategy was held up as a best practice for others.
▪ Breaking barriers with promotion to Country Manager, set up office in Jeddah to better position Samsung to compete in mobile market. Built
entire operation from scratch, driving market share from 3% to 12% in 1.5 year.
