•Participating in projects feasibility studies and selection of projects using economic indicators (NPV, IRR, PBP, etc…..).
•Preparing Cost Estimate for new projects and developing Budgets throughout the project life cycle.
•Setting out the Cost Control systems to be followed by the PM.
•Preparing Bi-Weekly Cost reports for all projects showing (current status, revised budgets and Future forecasting).
•Planning group’s Annual Consolidated Cash Out for all projects.
•Measure, assess and approve Contractors V.O.s and Claims.
•Approve Contractors, Consultants and suppliers Payment Certificates.
•Reviewing and approving Procurement are within approved budget.
• Preparing Tender documents including BOQs & Cost Estimation.
• Preparing tender evaluation reports and advising on selection of tenderers.
• Translate project’s Scope to WBS "Work Breakdown Structure" for the project activities.
• Preparing project’s Baseline Plans.
• Approving the Payments & Invoices of the contractors.
• Measure, assess and approve contract’s Variations & contractors Claims.
• Preforming Risk register sessions for new projects, assesses risks & creating risk response plan.
• Tracking cost accordingly with approved changes & payments and preparing cash flow.
• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project schedule.
• Reviewing and approving the project’s Quantity Surveying.
• Reviewing and approving shop drawings submitted by the contractors.
• Coordination between design drawings and Projects Consultants.
• Supporting the site with technical aid.
Job description:
•Reviewing Payments of Subcontractors and Suppliers.
•Perform quantity surveying works and materials take-off for quantities in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
•Analyzing the real costs of the works items, management costs and overhead.
•Preparing contracts for Subcontractors and Suppliers.
•Control and monitor projects total quantities including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all projects quantities and expenditures are properly recorded.
Projects: Le Reve-NewCairo \[residential compound 478 villas\], Dyar Park-New Cairo \[residential compound 210 villas\], Royal meadows-Sheikh Zayed \[residential compound 352 villas\]
• Ensure that Work Procedures and Method Statements for all work activities are prepared and followed during work execution.
• Liaise with the concerned Foremen to ensure that all labor, materials and equipment are available when required.
• Ensure that correct work processes are implemented to ensure works completed are as per specifications.
• Ensure that work are constructed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Implement safe working practices as per the Company's Health and Safety procedures.
• Architectural design for the project
• Surveying quantities of the project.
• Evaluate and select tenders submitted by subcontractors.
• Preparing time-schedule & contracts of the contractors.
• Preparation of payments for Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Editing of the apartments plans with Clients.
i have studied for 5 years of full time many courses related to Arch. major specifically the outdoor design including ( Urban design, Landscape, Cities planning,...) where i got my bachelor degree in urban planning.
