• Preparation of project Method of Statements, ITP, and all related submittal forms.
• Control calibrated measuring and test equipment used on the project.
• Control, monitor and supervision of QC Inspector in all project disciplines.
• Prepare pre and post punch of piping, hydro test, commissioning works and different QC activities.
• Monitoring all QOR, INCR, NCRs logs, Weekly and Monthly reports preparation.
• Application and following of the client project quality requirements.
• To monitor the construction process from all aspects to ensure performance meets job quality and design requirements in accordance with Company procedures and international standards.
• To identify and prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & PQR for jobs as per project specifications and verify Welders meet PQR requirements.
• To collate all relevant documentation for the job and apply the data to the creation of a Test Pack to undertake pre-hydro test inspection activity.
• To prepare all equipment punches lists and verify all items are in place during punch list activity.
• Maintaining of all inspection report and related documents in QC department.
• Witness of lowering, Backfilling and Fiber Optic Cable laying.
• Pre-Commissioning verification for construction and installation activities.

• Ensuring that all the necessary measuring devices are calibrated, and calibration records are maintained.
• Ensures implementation of the quality system in all operation related to the material and recorded are maintained
• Ensures that Original MTC are maintained by the QCI. • Ensures the Inspection reports are generated and checked before the inspection.
• Supervising and assisting the QC Inspectors when required.
• Approves the Material Issuing documents before delivery. Ensures that the technical concerns are resolved with the Third-Party Inspector or Saudi Aramco Vendor Inspection Department.

• To conduct fit up and dimension inspections (Internal Cleaning of the pipe, Orientation of the welding horizontal seam, bevel angle, root gap Etc.) as per Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and to provide technical guidance for welding sequence and distortion control.
• Control calibrated measuring and test equipment used on the project.
• To check, inspect and test incoming welding and construction materials to ensure they meet project specification requirements.
• Prepare pre and post punch of piping, hydro test, commissioning works and different QC activities.
• Welding Visual Inspection and check defects by NDT methods (PT, MT, RT) with respect to the relevant codes WPS and PQR.
• To monitor Welder performance and conduct visual inspections of welds and repairs of welds in accordance with Company procedures and international codes of practice. • Co- ordinate with sub-contractor for NDT activities like RT, PT, MT.
• To monitor the construction process from all aspects to ensure performance meets job quality and design requirements in accordance with Company procedures and international standards. To coordinate with clients to undertake Procedure Qualification Tests (PQT) and inspections of prepared test specimens and witness destructive tests.
• To identify and prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & PQR for jobs as per project specifications and verify Welders meet PQR requirements.
• Welding inspection before, during and after welding to verify the correct applicable requires procedures for the welding of weld joints piping, Pipeline & steel structure.
