1. Update the tools used by the Production Unit in a way that ensures avoiding human errors
as much as possible, maintaining consistency and smoothening the workflow
2. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies available and set plans on how to implement it
in the best way that serves the company’s needs
3. Develop new options and features in Hindawi’s website in order to have a competitive
advantage over other publishers
4. Coordinate with production support specialists in order to solve any problems with the
systems and tools used by the Production Unit
5. Receive all sorts of requests from the information systems coordinator to start working on
them along with the team members
6. Provide consultation to the Document Engineering team whenever needed
• Responsible for Transforming XML Files using XSLT.
• Develop, test and maintain XSLT files.
• Convert HTML to XHTML.
• Create X-Pathes for XML files.
• Create Scripts with C# language.
• Responsible for all needed preparation and conversion for localization tasks.
• Extract the text to the translator using CAT Tools.
• Creating Macros on MS Office.
• Make the Convertion back after the Translation Process .
• Responsible for all Customer Invoices (Create - Print - Calculate)
• Working With The System IDIS .
• Making all requierd reports about the prodactivity & Efficiency .
• Responsible for Retail Key Figure Analysis (REKA) Report.
• Working with MS EXCEL .
