* تقديم وصقل كوادر قيادية ضمن فريق العمل ( تركيبات - تشغيل - ورشة )
* خفض أستهلاك الكهرباء 12% والزيوت 40% والمياه 22%
* تصنيع أول إسطمبة داخل ورشة الاسطمبات فبراير 2020 بعد إدراج أول ماكينة CNC داخل الورشة
* الانتهاء من رفع كفاءة اول ماكينة (عمرة) ورفع كفائتها الانتاجية 34%
* الأنتهاء من وضع خطة التحكم فالجودة للمنتجات وإجراءات العملية التصنيعية مع فريق الجودة والحصول علي (9001 - FSSC 22000)

Job Description:
• Prepared monthly production plan according company demand and stock and raw material.
• Determine and send the requirements of raw materials and accessories to the purchases Dept.
• Maintain warehouse stocks of products and raw materials.
• Prepare Daily reports of the follow-up action to find out the actual rates and compared with the time of operation and productivity to detected the deviation.
• Communicate with Sales and Marketing Dept. to achieve the demand of market.
• Communicate with furnace, Press, Polishing, sandblasting painting and Packing Dept.
• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
• Estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control.
