Reporting directly to the COO, my main rule as a general manager was establishing fully operational branch with all supporting departments and managing the company projects in accordance to policies and procedures. I was fully responsible for the operational and financial performance of the branches starting from setting and negotiating the yearly budget with the board of directors throughout day to day operations follow up till closeout of the books with the auditing firm.
