OnAir is a service provider for WiFi and GSM onboard aircrafts. My job is to check for any technical issues in the aircrafts to provide an efficient service for the passengers.
I have a team of 10 members, helping to provide a reliable customer service for the passengers that purchased our service. We are working with 15+ airlines.
Solve and help any customer with billing issues or technical issues and to reach a resolution that satisfay the customer
