Scope of Work:
Management of daily civil facility management activities including corrective maintenance, planned preventive maintenance, office remodeling works and the extra works
Activities:
1. plan the resources and schedule the execution of civil PPMs, including the fabric, door, external and blind PPMs and coordinate with the CAFM team to generate corresponding reports
2. Plan the resources and schedule the execution of the corrective maintenance work orders and coordinate with the CAFM to generate the weekly and monthly reports
3. Plan the resources and schedule the office mini project remodeling works in coordination with the client and the end users, and prepare related reports of man-hours consumed
4. study requirements for extra works and coordinate with outsourced suppliers for quotations, evaluate the quotations, prepare comparison sheets, prepare submittals, get approvals and supervise the execution of the extra works
5, monitor the risk register and the concerns and issues and take necessary action to close open items
6. make sure safety measures are implemented including PTWs, MS, RA, and assure the adherence to the HSE requirements
7. enhance quality by implementing QA/QC measures and adhere to established KPIs
8. manage a team of 20 supervisors and technicians and enforce a monitoring procedure to obtain the maximum productivity and the best quality
9. represent the company in the technical weekly meetings with the client
Scope of work:
Management of the project of renovation of more than 4000 bathrooms in 82 buildings, in addition to other major civil maintenance works in the account.
Work activities:
• Preparing scope of work and coordinating with contracts department
• Management of clients complaints including:
o Receiving complaints
o Scheduling the repair process
o Approving materials
o Supervision of the works on site
o Making sure works comply with specifications
o Making sure HSE requirements are adhered to
o Preparing payments
- Studying and providing technical evaluation of submitted quotations related to various civil works.
Work Activities:
Managing comprehensive maintenance contracts and the minor construction projects from start to handover
Preparing the annual budget required for the maintenance of mosques, schools and governmental buildings and setting a plan for the execution of such works
Taking quantities and preparing cost estimation reports
Issuing work orders to be executed by the contractor
Technical supervision of the maintenance works and making sure they are performed according to specifications
Material approval
Doing all the necessary coordination with the other sections (bidding, design and accounting)
Doing all the necessary coordination with the other engineers (electrical and mechanical)
Doing all the necessary coordination with the clients assuring their satisfaction
Preparing the contractors payments
• Managed the maintenance of hundreds of sites including mosques, schools and government buildings
• Successfully coordinated and satisfied different customers (General Authority Of Islamic Affairs, Abu Dhabi Education Council and Abu Dhabi Municipality)
• Supervised the construction of many minor projects (constructing houses for mosque imams and minor additions in schools (guard rooms, stores, etc…))
• Supervised the execution of the entire sewerage system in the compost plants in Mafraq in 2008
• Supervised the execution of the refurbishment works of Musafah rice warehouses project
• Supervised the execution of the refurbishment works of Al mafraq Archive project
