o Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability and delivery schedules for various components or services needed for the project.
o Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review status updates on projects.
o Track project budgets and expenses against established baselines.
o Generate reports summarizing progress against key performance indicators.
o Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
o Collect, analyze and summarize project information and trends to prepare project status reports for management.
