Managing and controlling two mega construction projects at EGYPT INTERNATIONAL CITY OF OLYMPIC GAMES (EICOG), we are committed to design and execute Equestrian Club (30 million $) and Aquatic Center Project ( 50 million $) and handover the projects to authorized International/ Olympic Federations.
Managing and controlling two mega construction projects, 1st project is a residential project with 900 million $, and 2nd project is hospital with 40 million $.
Involving to create the procurement, schedule, cost management plan
Control the project team to execute the target with quality required, within budget, without floating and under HSE rules
All technical issues and Method of statement
Attendance of progress meeting with the top management, consultant and client
Review and approval on the Oracle system all material requisition and the hire of equipment
1-follow the project management plan
2-the coordination between my team and other departments
3-all technical issue
4-lead the team to execute the target with quality required, within budget without floating.
1-Revise the shop drawings to approval
2-check all materials
3-the supervision of all structural and finishing works
