- Dealing with different multinational manufacturer and supplier like “ABB, ALSTOM, SIEMENS, GE, HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, TOSHIBA, etc” also with local contractors same like “ALFANAR”as main contractor representative.
- Supervising site contractors from project initial stage till project closing stage and keeping track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and prepare reports to show profitability.
- Checking of site inspection reports JMs for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the sub-contractors.

- Preparation and analyzing with theoretical quantities verses actual quantities after project completion.
- Check the quantities in BOQ during site hand over for the contractor and match them with the implemented quantities at the site.
- Analysing and investigating problems developed during testing and commisioning stage.
- Managing a team of protection and testing engineers in Saudi Electricity Company substaions projects.
- Team leader responsible to manage, supervise and coordinate all testing and commissioning activities and required modifications for 380kV transmission substatiotions projects such as Metro S/S 9054, Ashbiliah S/S9038.
- Capability to manage and follow up all project progress including “planning stage - execution stage - monitoring stage “, preparation of test results and documentation.
- Manage site progress meetings for testing and commisioning activities.
- Experienced and fully aware about new control switching technology “Substation Automation System - SAS” from PAS panels, switches, HMI installation at site end with testing of alarms and measurement with SCADA team.
- Willing to work as effective team player under different conditions.
- Ensure that all drawings of final jobs close out report will be marked up, and submit as-built drawing.

- Approved by Saudi Electricity Company (SEC National Grid) as qualified engineer to carry out advanced relays, simple relays, auxiliary relays, scheme checks for and site coordination for HV and EHV substaions.
- Effective team player during consruction and testing of new South Olaya 132kV/13.8kV S/S #8156 in Riyadh and its remote ends and participated in troubleshooting, meetings and up to energization.
- Performed required tests for 132kV and 380kV GIS systems as per SEC standards.
- Work on and manage testing devices such as (SVERKER, Freja, CT analayzer, CPC 100, Megger and Fluke insulation resistance, B10, MOM 600, Oden, CMC) while performing tests for numerical relays such as (Micom P139, Micom P142, Micom P543, Micom P643, Tapcon 260, SEPAM) and auxiliary relays Areva and Seimens make.
- Performing scheme and wiring check, function tests, contact resistance testing, insulation resistance testing, CT tests in 13.8kV/230kV power plant and 132kV/13.8kV substations (turns ratio, winding resistance, magnitization curve, polarity, loop resistance), busbar stability test, Annunciation system, SCADA, SOE and TFR pre and final commissioning, end to end test and commissioning of SAS system.
- Applying modification for 380kv and 132kV protection scheme at remote ends.
•Currently participating first as Quality Engineer and now as SCADA engineer in replacing 22 230 KV Siemens make bulk oil circuit breakers with new Dead Tank SF6 230 KV Areva make circuit breakers and 55 manual disconnecting switches with motorized ones plus establishing a new grounding system for the 115 KV and 230 KV switchyard area at Shedgum Power Plant, Eastern Provience, Saudi Arabia.
•Responsible to coordinate with suppliers and sub contractors, reviewing base and detail designs and comment when necessary.
•Responsible for supervise all testing and commissioning activites made by ABB service co. ltd. for protection and control panels, automated disconnectors, cables and gas circuit breakers.
•Working as instrumentation engineer to maintain the proper installation of metering and protection devices.
•Working in technical office to issue the company’s plans for load forecasting and operating the network.
•Involved in a SCADA system project over the medium and low voltage electricity distribution network.
•Working effectively in a team configuring, programming and installing 600 new version of pole mounted remote terminal units (PRTUs) in Ismailia and new cities.
•Working under pressure during precommissioning and commissioning of all 600 PRTUs.
•Analysing and investigating problems developed during installation of new PRTUs.
•Familiar with databases and configuration of different control system’s equipments.
•listening, understanding, empathising, helping and solving during the work with multinational companies ( CAE and SNC-Lavalin in Canada ) implementing the project.
