I report directly to the CEO, responsible for all company revenues, this role holds the lead commercial position within BAC and is accountable for increasing revenue by ensuring that revenue is diversified and optimized through both aeronautical and non-aeronautical activaties. This role also holds the lead marketing position within BAC responsible for all marketing activities at Bahrain International Airport. I am thus responsible for overseeing the Aviation Marketing, Property & Retail, Passenger Services and Cargo Departments. My responsibilities include aviation marketing, marketing information analysis, route development, car park revenue, lounges, meet and assist, ground handling concession, duty free concession, advertising concession, property leasing, retail services, food and beverage, utilities commercialization and cargo business development.

Accomplishments :
• Effectively Steered all real estate & property development-related company decisions in the areas of strategic planning, project initiation & design development (master planning, conceptual planning & detailed design), tendering/negotiations, project construction & project financial estimation and feasibility due diligence.
• Handled all aspects of the development process mainly conceptual design, feasibility, costing, phasing, land subdivision, master planning, strategic planning, value engineering, construction management, RFPs, Tendering, contracts negotiation & construction supervision for affordable, medium/large scale and high-end luxury residential, retail, industrial, leisure and commercial projects.
• Successfully provided sale & development options, projects costing, forecasting needed to lead to a financial model.
• Generated revenue through the provision of real estate advisory & consultancy services to external clients.

• Successfully initiated & managed a JV with Spanish-based consultant HCP International thus creating revenue.
• Worked closely with other development companies in terms of either looking after Joint Ventures, partnerships or as clients of project management services that Tameer provides.
• Member of Tameer’s Investment Committee & Tender Committee. Formed the company’s Tender Policies & Procedures & the Tender Committee Charter.
