1. ADDC sewerage Maintenance Project:
1.1. Leading the activities of Preventive, Corrective, and Emergency maintenance of SCADA Control system, including monthly plan PM for Scada & historian System, and responding to Emergencies as per O&M requirement to insure smooth and reliable operation of the system.
1.2. Leading the activities of Preventive, Corrective, and Emergency maintenance of Remote Control (RTU) system in the field, including annual PM plan for different types of RTUs and PLCs in filed DNP3 configuration and mobile modem communication configuration and troubleshooting.
1.3. Managing and monitoring spare parts, including specification preparation, stock control, purchasing & requisition to insure the availability of the parts when it needed.
1.4. Manage software backup codes and licenses, insuring most update versions are backup and archived properly.
1.5. Communicate with ADDC and O&M contractors for any raised compliances, using updated periodic reports, presentations, and meetings, to insure customer satisfaction.
2. SCADA Expansion for ADDC sewerage Project
2.1. Preparation of design basis, control philosophies, selection, studies/reports, HAZOP, and recommendations, to integrate different vendors of Scada and RTUs.
2.2. Preparation of various specifications and data sheets, drawings and other deliverables for SCADA and control system architecture, including but not limited to P&ID, IO list, Instrument Index.
2.3. Program and configures new siemens PLC & SCADA functions related to process operation, Revises existing graphics screens to meet facility and operations staff needs.
2.4. Integrate different RTUs & PLCs to Wincc SCADA, using DNP3 & OPC protocols.
1. Leading the activities of installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for instrumentation and control systems in oil and gas processing plants
2. In charge of maintenance (preventive and predictive) planning and scheduling for all processing facilities.
3. Maintain the inventory of spares and equipment.
4. Make a technical inspection and confirmation of all received spare parts.
5. Provided technical assistance to the operation, purchasing, and construction departments.
6. Ensure that safety standards are followed by all employees.
7. Assess, review, and monitor all technical issues from the instrumentation and reliability engineering side.
8. Perform assessment and root cause analysis. RCA, FMECA, and the reliability logic tree to propose solutions.
9. Initiate and plan maintenance workover projects and assist in material requisitions and sourcing.
10. Design automated control systems for processes and instrumentation for reliability.
11. Choose appropriate technology and suppliers for engineering and management system installation.
12. Revise existing technology to improve efficiency and reduce human interaction.
13. Monitor system and staff performance and troubleshoot any problems.
1- Maintains and troubleshoots Process Automation System (PAS) software and hardware components, for both monitoring and control of treatment processes.
2- Programming, Developing and upgrading existing PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with (wago plc) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems WonderWare System platform scada system.
3- Creates and configures new SCADA graphic screens related to process operation, Revises existing graphics screens to meet facility and operations staff needs
4- In conjunction with IT staff, performs regular backups of historical and SCADA operating system data, and archives for future reference.
5- Maintains SCADA database of input/output (I/O) tag names related to PLCs.
6 - Directly supervises activities related to the controls and electrical maintenance function including, but not limited to: equipment and facilities maintenance, HVAC management, capital projects, and the purchase and inventory of equipment and supplies necessary to accomplish all functions
7- Orientates, trains, disciplines, promotes, and monitors safety and job performance for the controls and electrical maintenance department.
8- Gives technical support, training and guidance to operations and maintenance personnel as needed.
9- Develops work teams of maintenance and/or production employees working toward common goals, and organizes and facilitates work team meetings.
10- Coordinates all necessary training and regulatory certification for controls and electrical maintenance staff.
11- Coordinates maintenance activities with maintenance employees by assigning CMs (Corrective Maintenance), PMs (Preventive Maintenance), work orders, changeover, and other duties as needed.
12- Continuesely develop and maintain network Communications, PLC, SCADA Systems and Human Machine Interface (HMI).
