- Ensure the strategic vision of corporate growth is clear and effectively communicated to all Managers
- Lead the business planning process and ensure timely implementation of the annual business plan through operational systems and procedures
- Monitor operational business performance against Organizational strategies to ensure that objectives are fulfilled and corrective action is taken to address the gaps
- Budgeting preparation for the whole business unit including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Spare Parts
- Generation of new business to achieve the Targeted Revenue Growth while maintaining a high level of satisfaction for stakeholders
- Continuously improve risk management programs and procedures.
- Ensure accurate manpower planning, including recruitment administration and proactive coordination with support functions.
- Ensure employees are motivated, loyal, appropriately compensated, and have the required skill level.
- Ensure the Business achieves its long-term objectives through a strong competitive position, a balanced portfolio, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Give strategic direction and hands-on leadership to the management team to drive commercial growth.
- Extensive negotiation strategies with customers and principals as well
- Ensure market positioning is maintained according to market size/ share
- Contribute actively to the group strategy synergy programs and the group business planning process.
- Establish professional relationships with customers and help their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable

- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all customers, providing both technical and general product support. This is done by working closely with the product suppliers, sales organization, manufacturing and engineering ( to maintain a positive and professional image at all times )
- Preparing and executing the marketing plan and promotional activities that enhance the corporate image and maximize new product sales enquiries
- Support sales presentations, trade shows, demos, and communicate potential sales opportunities to the sales organization
- In daily contact with sales personnel in all areas assuring best support, market feedback, product availability and specification and product
- Studying and analyzing tender documents & specification assuring excellence of understanding to meet customer demand
- Highlighting strengths and weakness of company products against competitors. Also highlighting & reporting business opportunities for new products and - or segments
- Communicate with local body builders and keep updated offers for all super structures manufacturers, considering highest quality and price competitiveness, placing orders to local suppliers for the most beneficial way to the company business
- Participate in exhibitions and seminars on behalf of the company.
- Recommends charges / improvements to selling procedures and pricing where appropriate
- Conduct required technical training for sales staff
- Establish technical library supported with sales material, technical specifications & sales report format
- Prepare weekly sales & stock reports for each product
