4) assist in the overhaul, repair, and maintenance of the companies product in the workshop.
5) make customer contacts on field level.
6) when not on a job or on time off, stay in immediate telephone contact with immediate supervisor or make temporary arrangements.
7) advise supervisor of any new competitive developments, products, pricing, servicing procedures, technical, application or of increasing customer interest.
8) continually evaluate your product knowledge and continue to expand product skills and capabilities.
9) carry out other duties as delegated from time to time.
