Was responsible for inventory value of USD 80M with distribution for 350 POS and 6000 SKUs and turnover of USD 0.25B with headcount of 250 people. Reporting to the CEO.
• Set the Supply Chain yearly budget in collaboration with department heads.
• Ensured that service level agreements are in place between the supply chain & all key internal customers by leading development of SLAs, ensuring they are signed & monitoring compliance throughout the Supply Chain.
• Set targets for transportation cost for company Fleet and 3PL service providers by developing the transportation budget, ensuring supplier negotiations take place & evaluating own fleet vs. leased transportation to deliver on budgeted COGs

Achievements
• Lowered the SC operations cost by 20% while improving the lead-time to the POS by redesigning the network of logistical supply hubs and fulfilling SFDA requirements.

•Plan, organize, direct and control work activities in the planning areas including finished product forecasting cycle, Initiatives management, production planning, insure smooth product supply from production to sales with optimum inventory levels through:
•Steer the S&OP process to utilize all the company resources to actualize the agreed plans in the Executive committee forums.
•Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons for 10 countries through cross-functional forums.
•Manage Sales and Marketing activities like innovations and promotions in Project Management fashion of Forums .
•Pro-actively act as an integration point between Demand and Supply poles to ensure and challenge for the weekly Orders/Demands are being met through a monitoring the daily customer Service levels to achieve the company target by end of each month.
•Provide an input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
•Lead the company committee for Returns and Obsoletes reduction management.
•Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future.

•Provide a competitive edge by meeting customer and consumer demand faster, more reliability at lower cost than competition which will be achieved via two processes: one for leading the Demand forecasting process and in a meaningful way for the supply chain, and the other is to control the company initiatives by applying a standard initiative handling system.
•Develop product supply forecasts utilizing knowledge of: historical data, upcoming promotions, innovation cannibalization & distribution, SKU rationalization, SKU mix across category, phasing in/out packs, tactical packs, pipeline fill, and customer characteristics.
•Implement the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process to steer the business.
•Follow up on new products launch planning and tracking.
•Providing input on the inventory levels to protect forecast variances.

·Plan and implement strategically an efficient supply chain processes.
·Make the logistical and commercial procurement deals with suppliers all over the world.
·Develop and maintain controlling databases to monitor the exact cost in each step in the whole supply chain.
·Evaluation of quotations, and tenders, plan and manage high volume inventory.
·Follow up on the shipping documents and monitor LC’s created.
·With products’ managers, put the annual forecasts and consequently shipment schedules

Setup the main W/H and transfer goods from old warehouses.
Supervise all daily office operations (receiving, shipping, locating, ..etc)

Prepare and check monthly forecasts per product with the operations manager, marketing and sales departments.
Processing weekly re-ordering shipment according to parameters like forecasts, sales, stock and goods in transit bearing in mind holding stock level targets.

Establish and follow up on all replenishment and distribution procedures from main W/h to all branches.
