• Plan, organize, and direct department activities. Align with IT goals and objectives and participate and implement policies and procedures for department operation.
• Review department performance, effect changes as needed to improve services, simplify
workflow, and assure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Select, train/orient and assign department staff through subordinate supervision. Cope with standards of performance, monitor and supervise staff, evaluate performance and initiate or make recommendations for personnel actions such as merit increases,
• Prepare and recommend department budget and ensure that department operates within allocated funds.
• Determine and document space, equipment, supply and service requirements.
• Evaluate equipment capabilities and recommend equipment, hardware, and software
acquisitions in Hospital and/or Center.
• Maintain department reports and records and collect statistics for administrative and
regulatory purposes.
• Establish priorities for system modifications and requests.
• Insure prompt and courteous feedback to requestors of computer services. Identify and monitor line manager goals and objectives.
• Justify equipment and supply purchases. Negotiate and document maintenance schedules. Plan for use of space, purchasing new equipment etc.
• Recommend space, equipment, staffing and other resources needed to meet the organization’s mission and fulfill the department scope of service.
• Prepare and update department staffing & training plans.
• Monitor department’s performance as well as staff performance.
•Administrate Many kind of Web services (Website, web applications, domain registration management) provided by( Arvixe - liquedWeb - godaddy - hivelocitty- Fire host - Apple … )
•Manage, in coordination with finance counsel and purchasing the development and renewal of vendor agreements
•Managing the domain environment Win Server 2012, file servers, application Servers
•Assisting with internal and external support of deployed IT and Web services
•Planning, Implementation and monitoring of backups, disaster plans and fault tolerance.
•Deploys, maintains and configures IT assets (servers, VPN gateways, internet gateways, Firewalls, Routers, access points, etc.)
• systems performance and ensures compliance with security standards to guard against security breaches and intrusions - also works on improving the availability and efficiency of the infra-structure.
•Effective Provisioning, Installation/Configuration, IT Operations and maintenance of systems hardware (Physical/Virtual) and software and related IT Infrastructure.
•Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the IT infrastructure.
•Assist Project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of OSN's standard Project Management Methodology.
•Lead IT Team in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions.
•Managing and administrating of mailing system (MS Exchange 365) .
•Carrying out Technical Evaluation & Implementation and Rollouts of IT System Services.
•Documentation of IT Systems Services.
•Integrating IT Systems Services with Other Business Systems Services.

Maintaining all backup schedules for servers and company data internally and monitoring the off-side back.
• Configuring and administrating all new servers, hardware and software needed for future expanding .
•Security reviews of server logs for potential issues and breaches and recommendations to address any gaps. System hardening to reduce exposures to known errors, legacy applications and protocols.
