Responsible for all Qualitative, Quantitative researches in Egypt, to cover, understand the Egyptian Mobiles market, Consumer behavior & create for Egyptian consumer portfolio, including needs, pain points, Satisfaction points, purchasing process, most effective way in next mobile purchase decision .
Improve company knowledge, understanding and needs for smartphone users by :
a. Qualitative & quantitative research, increase company Knowledge with 60%
b. Develop, train and manage Satisfaction survey teams. increase company Knowledge with 20% Measure by adding up functionalities and features to meet consumer need, consumer loyalty with 40% Measure by check on Re buying same brand mobile
c. Monitoring work progress by laying out effective daily targets in accordance to work load and timelines . increase work efficiency with 60%
d. Prepare budgets for projects assigned by the HQ
e. Combine all consumer recommendations and suggestions Quarterly to follow consumers trends and behaviors, by analysis there needs, pain point, recommendations and suggestions,
f. Markets visit, 2 times per month, to follow up all market updates, like M.Share, Competitors activity Consumer feedback, insights & new trends
