Handle customers’ inquiries concerning services, billing, inquisitions….etc.
Resolve customers’ complaints and problems, within boundaries of authority and distribute issues for further escalation to appropriate persons/teams i.e.
Acquire customer’s orders and create opportunities for up-selling and cross selling (where applicable).
Handle effectively the needs of the customers and enhance standards of quality for the service offered.
Installing and configuring windows server 2012, 2008 R2 such as ( ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Managing accounts, Group Policy, Hyper-v, Vmware, Microsoft Exchange ).
configuring Cisco routers and Switches (Basic config, EIGRP, OSPF, Vlan, BGP, Redstribution ).
Troubleshoot Network issues (lan, Wan ).
Solving Computer Problem ( software, Hardware ).
Cctv installation and configuration .
Configure cyberoam firewall ( VPN, Web Site filter, Application filter ).
Installing and configuring Cisco routers and Switches (Basic config, EIGRP, OSPF, Vlan, BGP, Redstribution ).
Installing and configuring windows server 2008 R2 such as ( ADDS, DNS, DHCP, Managing accounts, Group Policy, Hyper-v, Vmware).
Troubleshoot network issues.
Computer lab maintenance.
