Full responsibility of the food and beverage departments, kitchen, steward, restaurants, bars & banquet for a hotel's capacity of 400 rooms. 9 outlets, update training staff for all the new program to make them able to serving our client and to improve the service standard for the food and beverage department to be on the top and to be on line for the hotel marketing in Egypt, full responsibilities of the conference function and events, contacting with the tour operator for conference marketing, full responsibilities of the kitchen, equipment, menu planning, menu engineering, menu proposal, reduce cost, staff training hygienic and sanitation, full responsibilities of the steward department, cleaning standard, cleaning supply, staff training how to deal with equipment, training hygienic and sanitation, full responsibilities of the service staff, training program how to serve the guest by better way and to make the guest satisfy, reduce beverage cost, beverage training for service staff, full responsibilities of the annual budget and yearly planning maker, improve the food and beverage revenue.
Reporting to the director of the F&B Manager Full responsibilities of the food and beverage operation kitchen menu planning, menu engineering, menu proposal, service, steward, bars, banquet, annual budget and planning with the food and beverage manager and daily follow to see the achievement Full responsibilities of the service staff to train them how to deal with the guest and how to make the guest satisfy, how to offer a good service to our guest, how to make up selling, how to deal with food and beverage tools, full responsibilities of the bars staff, training program, how to open the bar how to mix the drinks, how to make the cocktails, how to reduce beverage cost, full responsibilities of the banquet and conference room and events.
Full responsibility for all the Restaurants, Bars, discotheque, piano bar and pub, for a hotel of 450 rooms, Full responsibilities of the operation and event and function, training the staff and Food and Beverages beverage training, how to mix the drinks, how to prepare the cocktails.
