Finance Duties:
• Managing & Responsible for the cash flow, budgeting, planning, financial controlling and forecasting.
• Preparing all the financial statements.
• Preparing Variance Report comparing the budget with the actual performance.

• Supervise the implementation of the departments’ budgets and discuss the corrective actions for any variance or deviation.
• Study any department’s proposal for deviating from the budget and submitting them for top management for approval.
• Prepare evaluation reports for budget variances based on the inflation rates, market conditions, competitors, marketing & economics.
• Review all the local and import purchase orders.
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to initiatives
• Any other financial accounting analysis as required by CFO.

Admin Duties:
• Ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mail.
