Finance & Admin. Manager
Reporting to: CFO
Finance Duties:
• Managing & Responsible for the cash flow, budgeting, planning, financial controlling and forecasting.
• Preparing all the financial statements.
• Preparing Variance Report comparing the budget with the actual performance.
• Responsible for collecting all the department budgets, edit them and present them to the board.
• Prepare the final approved company’s budget by the board of directors.
• Routinely communicate business unit and company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics.
• Responsible of the internal audit.
• Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the corporate accounting consolidation and closing process through analytical review and trend analysis.
• Lead the strategic aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company.
• Supervise the implementation of the departments’ budgets and discuss the corrective actions for any variance or deviation.
• Study any department’s proposal for deviating from the budget and submitting them for top management for approval.
• Prepare evaluation reports for budget variances based on the inflation rates, market conditions, competitors, marketing & economics.
• Review all the local and import purchase orders.
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to initiatives
• Any other financial accounting analysis as required by CFO.
Admin Duties:
• Ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mail.
• Planning, organizing, providing leadership and controlling all administrative functions
• Provide effective and efficient service to other functions within the organization
• Provide clear and efficient documentation of established processes and procedures of the company
• Ensuring that human and material resources are appropriately utilized

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role (AR, AP, GL, forecasting & budgeting).
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
management reporting
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project
Teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Support Top Management in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management
Agreements and transfer pricing policy.
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
