In this project, I was responsible of project management plan, planning &cost control
and risk management. I established RMP, risk management plan and project baseline
with my team which consist of (8 planners+3 assistant planners+3 risk specialists), I
was control and review my team assignments plus the integration between my
department and other departments, attend the meetings, keep the project manager
and key person of the project aware of all changes in the project activities by develop
weekly and monthly reports and risk triggers which show all issues, suggest the
solution for any problems also develop all report and schedule modification for claims
and extension of time (if any)also control project cost and prepare monthly payment
certificates, claim analysis. I was reporting to project manager.
