Build, manage and develop long-term Mazaya Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
• Lead and negotiate annual agreements with AC & MDA Brands
• Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner.
• Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, …)
• Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
• Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners.
• Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
To provide complete product support to Sales Team
Technical Know-how, knowledge of Forecasting, Ordering, Inventory management, Costing/pricing, Superstructures etc
Principal Handling, Coordination, Negotiation, Capability to lead a team, Impart training
Conceive plan and execute marketing ideas
Ability to foresee/ analyses Market, Future trends,
Monitoring Competitor activities & devise strategies
Managing all Air conditioners brands (York, TCl & Samsung VRF)
Responsible for business loop related to residential Air Conditions for OR & IR channels
Working with vendors to selecting new items for all type of Residential Air conditions, making (Plan, prices, promotions & Distributions)
Dealing with factories to manufacturing AC, TV & SDA products with reviewing all technical data
Also starting for SDA business for Philips & Sary Raya private label TV & SDA in Egypt.
- Coordinating all Marketing activates.
- Working on the scope, budget, strategy and timeliness of marketing campaign.
- Preparing marketing calendar.
- Coordinating ATL, BTL & TTL advertising.
- Establishing products display, developing new catalogs for new products.
- Handling exhibitions & organizing events.
- Handling Dealers Trips.
- Supervise Facebook Page (Greetiba).
- Product Manager for Third Party Contracts for Air conditions (YORK, Universal, TCL, Cooline, General Electric, Galanz) and TV LEDs (Ultra, IKON, Haier, Universal, and Manta)
- Making the Connections between suppliers and my group to complete our missions.
