• Provided a high level of customer service while supporting all AXIOM west region Retail branches, Van Sales, Logistics and Head Office staffs using ManageEngine IT help desk software.
• Support includes, but is not limited to, office, personal, mobile and output technology and all other technology needs, both in the office and at the client site.
