Tasks:
- Preparing Baseline Schedule with Full Resources and Cost
- Monitor project progress for Site and Engineering process.
- Performing weekly updates to follow up the progress and implement preventive and corrective actions when needed.
- Obtain weekly and monthly progress reports to the main contractor and the client.
- Obtain Internal reports and Suggested Corrective actions for coordination meetings for the staff
- Providing continuous on site support to the project staff and clarifying details pertaining to the work plan
- Four weeks look ahead according to actual situation and project requirements.
- Obtain E1-E2 Log with planned dates and Actual dates of submissions (Log for Shop drawings, Materials and Method statement through all the project) in coordination with all departments and the main contractor.
- Update E1-E2 Log and submitted weekly to the main contractor
- Delay analysis & Delay impact.
- Claim for Extension of time.

Responsible for:
- Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and
the work of any subcontractors.
- Supervision of casting and curing all types of concrete in the site
- Reviewing all structural drawings before Implementation
- Carry out site check to ensure work execution per approved design/drawings.
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Write daily reports about work progress in the site
- Site weekly progress report for coordination meetings with the staff
