My tasks revolved around:

Designing and implementing a comprehensive accounting system covering all financial operations of the company.

Preparing daily, monthly, and annual financial reports reflecting revenues, expenses, and overall business performance to support management decision-making.

Enhancing the existing revenue and expense recording process by adding controls and regulations that improved accuracy, consistency, and flexibility of financial data.

Leading the transition from manual bookkeeping to an electronic system using Microsoft Excel, creating templates and linking them across the company’s network to streamline data entry and sharing among team members.

Monitoring accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Assisting in preparing budgets, tracking variances between planned and actual figures, and providing insights to management for cost control.

Maintaining accurate fixed asset records and calculating depreciation in line with accounting principles.

Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities and cooperating with auditors during financial reviews.

My tasks involved

- generating financial reports while dividing and analyzing the data.

My tasks revolved around welcoming customers, fulfilling their requests, and recording them using the cash register program. I accurately reconciled accounts at the end of the day and had complete responsibility for the restaurant's inventory, ensuring its preservation.
