 Prepare Complete BOQ for Tender Projects .
 Prepare Comparison Sheets between Subcontractor's Quotations .
 Ability to finish all required work to meet deadline .
 Ability to work in a team group with good Communications .
 Ability to work in multiple tasks and has good personality and can work under pressure .
 Have good customer relations with local vendors and subcontractors .
 Prepare the project Assessment Form & Purchase Request Form & Bank Guarantee Application Form for
all Tenders & Prepare KPI & Manpower Plan & Org. Chart for all the awarded tenders/ projects .
 Follow up & update the status of all the awarded tenders / projects for Bank Guarantee validity Extension /
letter of intent / awarding letter / Meetings .
 Prepare & submit the list of proposed subcontractors & the balanced BOQ for all the awarded tenders/
projects and any required documents to the Ministries .
 Working according to the ISO 9001 requirement regarding to sheets and files and
 other work procedures, it helped me in this field by following standard methods to meet Quality
requirement .
 I am Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 and Company IMS System.
