1. Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions.
2. Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.

As a planner/Scheduler, it is a diverse position covering the planning, scheduling, releasing, and tracking of workflow from the engineering department and through the manufacturing department, to create a detailed planning schedule for the entire production of the product.
A detailed schedule allows my manager to keep track of daily and weekly goals, so he can easily and effectively update the board of directors or the business owner of any progress or updates regarding the production process.
1- Draw up and track master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to customer orders.
2- Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacture of the product.
3- Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and delivery time.
4- Schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
5- Confer with department supervisors to determine status of assigned work orders.
6- Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
7- Prepare production reports.
8- Maintain performance metrics by ensuring vendor delivery performance, vendor quality performance, on time delivery and inventory accuracy.
9- Follow the supplier in the execution control via regular telephone & email follow-up, review schedules and progress reports.
10- Effectively contact and update the customer service for the orders situation.

12- Raw Materials purchasing and Supplier evaluation.
I apply principles of engineering, manufacturing technology and management science to the production process in order to make it as efficient as possible to ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible, Reducing costly inefficiencies to a minimum.
Responsible for making sure that the manufacturing equipment is in good working order to make as much product as the marketplace dictates.
My key responsibilities are
• Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products
• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production
• Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives
• Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees
• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime
• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards
• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities
