• Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in Human Resources
Department at Elaraby group to give them full information about Elaraby and the
technical training about Elaraby product sales.
• Responsible for training material and its updates.
• Maintain training records.
• Manage training budget.
• Track and report on training outcomes.
• Provide feedback to program participants and management.
• Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology.
• Provide high-quality training to internal clients.
• Adherence to the internal training plan.
• Identify training and development needs systematically throughout the company in
conjunction with executives / department head, human resources manager, and training
manager.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Set up meetings with potential clients/vendors and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services.
• Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
