✓Lead the HR department of the group (Dubai and Jeddah offices) according to the annual strategic plan and ensure the communication and implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
✓ Plan, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
✓ Responsible for development of policies and procedures and oversee implementation of the same
✓ Lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective employee relationships, including negotiation and administration of employment contracts.

✓ Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary. ✓ Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plan business unit restructuring.
✓ Ensure to lead the standard practices and procedures to recruit and retain talents by preparing & developing KPIs, J, skill set Matrixes, compensation matrixes, competency profiling, succession planning, etc.
✓ Possess thorough knowledge of Local Labor Laws and government regulations, keeping updates in line as per the requirements of the organization ✓ Monitor the TNA process and make sure the model of the ADDIE is following to ensure that training objectives are met. ✓ Maintain a strong focus on employee engagement, and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity; ✓ Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between the group management and employees. ✓ Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate. ✓ Conduct regular meetings with each business unit to make sure the SOPs helps the company to achieve efficiency, quality output, and uniformity of performance. ✓ Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions as well as ensure alignment of HR programs by partnering with peers and colleagues in other locations and also across Corporate business units locally. ✓ Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention. ✓ Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary.
✓ Government relations process and procedures.
✓ The life cycle of complete payroll management through HRMS, reimbursements calculation, well-versed WPS process, payslips, and bank transfer.
✓ Offboarding, Repatriation, and exit process.
✓ Fully familiar with UAE Labour Law and its practices.
✓ Identify HRMS, implement, and go live operationally.
✓ Employees relations, welfare, grievances, and disciplinary.
✓ Ensure Talent Acquisition as per budget, onboarding, Mobilization, Induction, and Deployment.
✓ Performance Management.
