Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of Corporate and/or Business Banking customers in addition to connected Personal customers.
Preparing credit proposals & applications for new & existing clients which include analyzing financial statements and evaluating credit worthiness as well as designing appropriate facilities with the credit officers in addition to ensure compliance with the bank's strategy & to achieve favorable risk - return relationships.
Handling, operating, monitoring, controlling and managing credit clients accounts.
Establishing credit structure, terms and conditions for different banking facilities granted to clients
Review and insure proper and valid guarantees and securities to cover different given facilities.
Daily follow up on clients’ accounts (settlements-repayments-maturities-excess)
Control daily debit transactions on facilities accounts according to credit approvals together with Bank policies and regulations.
Coordinating with different departments in the bank for daily transactions.
Follow up past dues in order to maintain it in acceptable standards.
Preparing and reviewing facilities Documentation, undertakings and legal documents
Monitoring and visiting warehouses and holding ledger and journal books for goods movements.
Responsible for keeping contracts, promissory notes, cheques, and all other legal documents concerning credit facilities.
Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, annual reports about clients' accounts, facilities structure, central bank reports, utilization.
Responsible for executing debit and credit journal entries on credit costumers accounts
Reporting credit lines, interest, commission, conditions on electronic system(AS400).
Monitoring Credit Facilities usage in accordance with the conditions and requirements stated in Credit approvals including managing the credit portfolio (Limits, Expiry, Discrepancies and Guarantees).
Prepare, review & follow up documentation
