•Working closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer, " having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated.

• Working on Siebel App. for SIM Registration as data validation position
• Answering all directed calls from Hotline.
• Solving problems of the customers.
• Make the customers satisfied and feel comfortable like at home.
• Review the data of the National ID from Civil Registry with the customer to assure that he is the person talking to me and holding the SIM.
