• Position: QC Inspector :(Period: March-2022-Present
Project: Central Doha & Corniche Beautification Project 2A (Roads & Attenuation Tank and Underpass )
Client: Ashghal Public Work Authority Qatar
Budget:450 M QAR. Doha Qatar
• Coordinates with the site construction team on all quality issues
and chairs quality meetings with QC Personal including project subcontractors.
• To coordinate with construction And Supplier and Sub contractor Submit to Material Submittal submission, Method Statement submission, ITP submission.
• To coordinate with construction crew for ongoing civil/structural
Façade including but not limited to excavation, back filling, compaction,
Reinforcement inspection, formwork inspection, Precast Inspection Curtain wall and Concrete pouring etc.
• Conduct inspection of incoming Precast/ Curtain wall materials
and check if it is comply with the required/ordered materials and
approved as per specification and standard prior to installation.
• Perform inspections and noting down the slumps, temperature of
the Concrete and checking the air content of the freshly taken concrete
samples as per ACI Standard.(Also QCS-2014)
• Perform Inspections at Curtain wall water penetration/ Torque
Pullout etc.
• To initiate the CWIR’s for Client’s witness of inspection points as per ITPs.
• To be more proactive to construction crew for advising to correct
the Activities this could lead to non‐conformance.
• Reporting any Site Observation or non-conformity to the QA/QC
Manager
• Be vigilant for upcoming scheduled activities in advance to
coordinate with 3rd parties in advance for the activities require testing
like FDT, Concreting, Material Frequency sample
• Submission of QA/QC Monthly Report and QA/QC Questionnaire
• Verifying the documentation for certification

Implement QC procedures and maintains quality standards applicable to on site construction work and ensures that all technical documents relative to site quality control are followed and up to date. Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.

Project: LOKKA M -ONE Tower, Chennai (B+GF+27)
• Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
• Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction programs
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements
• Observance of safety requirements
• Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities
• Quality control in accordance with ISs/procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors
• Liaising with company or project purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements
• Supervising and counseling trainee engineers

• Maintaining records, work programs and reports.
• Working closely with the client to ensure satisfaction
