Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential clients
from different markets.
Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by
researching the client’s needs and requirements.
Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while
developing the new ones.
Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out
within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time
scales.
Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective
solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures
and activities
Constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so
that relevant information can be provided to the management
Participate and travel to the international fairs, prepare all the
necessary arrangements, before, during and after the exhibitions.
• Administer all Export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
• Design and implement all Export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements
• Supervise efficient working of Export sales staff and ensure compliance to all Export objectives and design sales strategies according to customer requirement
• Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows and ensure all activities according to customer specifications
• Monitor all existing and prospective markets and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and review all company products and develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients and assist in shipment of warehouse products.
• Exploring and developing new business opportunities in overseas market
• Research and explore potential global market for the organization's products and prepare timely report on geographical location basis
• Study and monitor the current global market products and prepare report on product and region basis and identify the untapped potential market
• Analyze the global market trends to take the necessary strategic decision to coupe up with global market trend
• Generate lead and export sales
• Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them
• To provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management
• Prepare quotation and C& F pricing for overseas buyers
Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales
• Take care of export documentations, liaison with various government and non government department like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping company etc.
• Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses and restrictions.
• Coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination
• Participate and travel to the international fairs, prepare all the necessary arrangements, before, during and after the exhibitions.

* Arranging with the factory by sending Initial Sales Order upon receiving final goods quotation from the factory and date of client delivery
* Issuing Monthly shipping schedule with suggested dates of delivery and send it to the factory
* Receiving the actual Monthly shipping schedule from the factory and issuing the Final Sales Order
* Following up with the loading and shipping procedures
* Issuing the client's documents to be sent to him after applying the payment terms
* Following up and tracking the invoices collection report
