Hired Maintenance and Automation engineer in Abuljadayel Beverages Inc., a manufacturer of 2 piece aluminum can and Ends. One of the Responsible person for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment's and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, goals and objectives of the company and schedule preventive maintenance plan.

•Monitors the inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
•Troubleshoot problems/up great in the Automation system (PLC programs, HMI and industrial network)
•Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment.
•Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
•Supervises plant maintenance personnel.
•Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
•Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
•Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems. Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Coordinates activities with Plant Operations Departments.


FOLLOWING ARE MY JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES
My responsibility to do routine maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery, attend breakdowns, diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs specially the electronics and electrical parts including all software, programs and industrial network which used on the plant machinery.
Troubleshoot all PLC software and hardware which is used on the machinery.
Monitor and maintain plant SCADA system.
Help in some projects that require installation and wiring of control panels.
Monitor and maintain plant SCADA system Help in the maintenance that was weekly done in the plant.
Performing regular checks of production lines and ensuring all the machines are running smoothly
Troubleshoot problems in the Automation system (PLC programs and industrial network)
Provide recommendation to minimizing defect levels through process and quality improvement
Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment
Strong Knowledge in vision camera systems (IBEA vision system, Pressco vision camera and Applied Vision System).
Prepares reports, analyzes data, and for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems
