•Compiling daily tax collections into a report which is then presented to the tax board.
•Handling and overseeing all accounts payable.
•Maintenance of daily bank transaction reports and overseeing a balance in outgoing and incoming funds.
•Generation of monthly sales and collection reports.
•Organizing and directing the company's assets using the company's policies.
•Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
•Process invoices for payment.
•Examine records of amounts due and make sure invoices are paid.
•Direct invoice processing and verification, expense coding and drafting of payment checks or vouchers.
•Produce account statement or other periodic reports.
•L/G and L/C issuance.
•Prepare income statement report.
•Assist in preparation and analysis of budget financials.
•Follow-up cheques and collect clients receivables.
•Perform other basic duties associated with accounts payable.
•Perform any other task assigned by direct manager.
