Develop and, as approved by the Regional Manager, execute both short and long range business plans and programs for the Construction Services Division in order to achieve corporate goals and objectives. Guide, direct and coordinate the activities of the Division. Review and appraise its operations for effectiveness, efficiency, economy and conformance to established standards of performance. Institute necessary action to achieve improvements or correct deficiencies, as warranted including: determination and/or approval of organization and staffing; selection, development and assignment of immediate subordinates; delegation of authority; work assignment and definition of areas of responsibilities; and determination and/or approval of compensation for subordinates. Develop and submit the Division’s operating budget to the Regional Manager for approval. Provide the technical input to proposals to prospective clients and the technical support to the Business Development Division in their presentations to and evaluation by the clients. Designate the Proposal Engineers for the preparation of received proposals. Foster and maintain good relations with present and potential customers, professional organizations, and other individuals they may influence the business activities of the Company. Train and develop Division’s employees in order to increase their proficiency in satisfying current job requirements, and enhance their potential for advancement to more responsible positions. Represent the company and oversee the participation of the Construction Services Division in scientific fields, dealing with the engineering issues in order to promote the company role in the professional societies and exhibits the outstanding blend of ECG experience in the field of specialization.

-Provide the Division Head and the Project Controls Department on a weekly basis with up-to-date information regarding the status of all projects assigned to the Department by maintaining appropriate records and reports e.g. man-hours status report, budget control, significant projects milestones and major events that could affect the project cash flow, invoicing of Clients, project costs, schedules and Client relations.
-Advise and assist the Division Head in the formulation Company policies and objectives in own area of responsibility, so as to enhance the business, earnings, capabilities and overall image of the Company.
-Foster and maintain good relations with present and potential clients, professional organizations other individuals that may influence the business activities of the Company.
-Plan and take part in the continuous training and development of employees under own direction in coordination with the Division Head to increase their proficiency in satisfying current job requirements, and enhance their potential for advancement to more responsible positions.
-Continuous communication with Project Managers (Projects Division) in issues related to Client relations and design issues.
-Providing the assistance to the field staff in contractual and technical issues as needed.
