Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences;
interview and select applicants who meet the speciFIed criteria for the position as per the set company policy
Develop recruitment plans based on staffing needs and select most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates
Suggest improvements to the recruitment lifecycle in order to ensure efficiency in sourcing candidates
Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges, universirties and job fairs for recruitment purposes
Identify opportunities for recruitment campaigns; plan, communicate and drive them upon approval
Create and implement automated statistical reports as requested in order to ensure proper staffing analysis and recruitment process monitoring
• Assisting the recruitment department in:
Screening CV’s.
Phone Screening.
Checking online Recruitment Websites.
Prepare Yearly & Monthly Reports.
Prepare employee contracts.
• Assisting the Performance Management Department in:
Prepare and follow up on employees’ contracts renewal.
Prepare Promotion and change of Status letters.
Handle record files and prepare deduction letters based on the disciplinary actions.
• Conducting orientations for new joiners and ensure them having a smooth induction process.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, while providing best travel itineraries to optimize time and minimize costs.
Teach 3 years old children with Montessori Method
Preparing Project Proposals and Power Point Presentations to be presented to clients.
Screening CV's and Conducting Interviews and Reference Checks.
