Acted as head of the procurement department responsible for personally overseeing resource management for the Al Turki main factory in Um Al Quwain as well as leading the overall procurement team across diferent branches of the company. Coordinated with procurement agents and factory employees to ensure all required resources are available, allocated at the appropriate time, and distributed eficiently to minimize costs while maintaining operational eficiency. Alongside the roles primary responsibilities of managing availability/allocation of resources, responsibilities also included Identifying high quality suppliers, securing deals and partnerships, maintaining supplier relationships, coordinating with suppliers logistically to ensure delivery/distribution of required goods in accordance with the factorys production speed/model, assessing procured goods to ensure they meet factory quality standards and align with allocated price, handling price negotiations or conflicts with suppliers, and ensuring budget targets are met through appropriate planning, demand forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
Provided legal consulting services to clients as part of a wider team of lawyers. Primarily supported clients with Legal processes and reviewing/completing legal documentation in addition to advising and educating clients on the penal code, potential charges, and criminal defence, with a primary focus on misdemeanours and minor criminal ofences.
Acted as lead tourism consultant/coordinator and facilities manager with a focus on user experience, satisfaction, and quality assurance. Managed a large team responsible for a wide range of functions including customer service, relationship management, and management of logistics. As part of logistics management my team was responsible for managing transportation, accommodations, entertainment, and dining for clients to ensure a high quality client experience. Responsibilities also included managing/structuring processes relating to footfall management, client onboarding, and corporate travel management, as well as developing tourism packages tailored to the specific needs of clients. Managed on the ground sales agents, tourism consultants, and entertainers with the purpose of allocating them to support implementation of tourism packages and to provide entertainment services to clients. Personally oversaw execution of tourism packages to ensure the success of trips as well as adherence with package commitments, adherence to defined KPIs, resolution of any potential conflicts, and client retention/satisfaction.
Position involved leading social media management and overseeing media campaigns to promote interest and awareness of the university. Lead a team of other marketing and outreach resources and coordinated them to support media and outreach campaigns in addition to being responsible for their training, enablement, and overall performance. Additionally entailed organizing market research, allocation of team resources to maximize reach/exposure, and monitoring team KPIs around client feedback, engagement, and marketing driven sales.
Position entailed managing accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure payments are received in a timely manner and manage availability of required products/services while adhering to defined budget. Was additionally responsible for ensuring required resources are procured/distributed within defined timelines, as well as maintaining/reviewing statistical and financial records for end of month financial audits/reports.
Position primarily involved participating in marketing exercises, creative design, managing social media accounts to promote client engagement, and organizing on the ground awareness sessions/events as a part of wider social media campaigns. In addition to being responsible for supporting media campaigns to atract students/clients, position entailed raising awareness of university capabilities/oferings, promoting training, courses, and enablement plans for students, and supporting distribution of relevant informational material, brochures, and publications.
Was responsible for managing sales to meet targets and maintain profitability, as well as managing retail stock to ensure availability of required products and managing staf such as cashiers, sales agents, and marketing agents. To support business development, conducted market research to identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers in addition to analysing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios and being responsible for recording and assessing sales for review and forward planning. In addition to the above responsibilities, played a role in recruitment/training of employees, as well as supporting sales agents to meet individual targets.
