Checking inspection of daily on going activities on site as per quality control
requirements and procedures.
Responsible to manage and control daily activity.
Maintaining QA/QC operation and procedures in performing inspection on all civil
works such as reinforcement, Water Proofing, Epoxy Coating, concrete, earth works, masonry works, and steel structure.
Maintaining QA/QC operation and procedures in performing inspection on all Track
works such as ballasted track, embedded track and slab track.
Race the RFI for inspection and prepare the check list, drawing.
Checking concrete pouring, temperature and prepare cube at site.
Material receiving inspection, installation inspection and final inspection (punch list)
with consultant.
Issuing NCR in the event of non-conforming work done by contractor reviewed and
recommends approval of corrective action and monitor site implementation.
Monitoring all documentation and including RFI Log, IMD Log, Concrete cylinder Log
and Material submittal log.
Reporting ongoing work, site problem to manager.
Material sampling and testing:
Material sampling and necessary testing for selected the quality materials for concrete work and Earth work Embankment. (Soil)
Inspection check list:
Preparing check list when the preconstruction. During construction and post construction this includes the safety and environment measures.
Dimension control:
Checking the specified length, widths and height during the construction, of sub base of road and the structures.
Removal of existing structure:
Getting approval of the Engineer to removing the existing structure.
Excavation:
Setting out for excavation and using proper method for excavation. (Manual/Machine)
Embankment:
To check the embankment layer thickness for each and every filling.
Structure and masonry work:
Setting out all structural masonry work should be as per the Architectural and structural Drawing.
