Provide Operational support to the RTA-PTA buses (Expo 2020).

Providing system Support to all the desk side assets such as Workstations, Laptops, Printers, Video Wall, FIDS (Flight information Display System), Data Center UPS and Cooling Unit.
• Responds to ATC/GFS/APM Hotlines.
• Responsible to maintain the Building Management System (BMS).
• Resolve complex incidents, Change Requests, Service Request using the CA Service Desk Manager (ITSM Tool).
• Troubleshoot incidents within agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Carried out requests and provisioning activities including hardware replacement requests, OS upgrade, file restoring and Technology Refreshment activity.
• Coordinated with Service Desk, Vendors to provide problem analysis and resolution of complex issues.
• Worked in 24/7 shifts as maximum availability and follows RACI matrix.
• Performing Weekly maintenance, Preventive Maintenance (every quarter) activities of all active assets.
• Installing, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS, Patches, System Software, email, Antivirus & Network Printers.
• Audit and Maintain the permitted software in all workstations.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports of the assets.

Understand the scope of work and schedule to carry out site survey.
• Managing the site survey team and provide data collection inputs to the survey team.
• Involved in conceptual design report under the guidance of International experts.
• Involved in progress meeting with client and incorporate the changes required in the design.
• Involved in Value Engineering Workshop as part of International IT and ITS experts team.
• Involved in preparing technical specification of ITS equipment such as CCTV Camera, ANPR (Automatic
Number Plate Recognition) Camera, VMS (Variable Message Sign), Weather Station, Traffic Signal Controller,
Video Detection Cameras and Industrial Ethernet Switches.
• Involved in preparing technical specification of IT equipment (Cisco Core, Distribution and Access switches).

Manage and maintaining the system controlled ophthalmic coating machines.
• Responsible for LAN, Networking and CCTV support
