• Manage inbound and outbound order schedules in order to optimize storage space, available manpower, loading docks and Material Handling Equipment.
• Manage and comply with Security and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures by educating, training and motivating employees to carry out their activities in compliance with the requirements of QHSE management system.
• Supervise ASN to budget warehouse space and manpower for Inbounds. For Outbound manage communication of order updates via EDI
• Oversee manpower planning, annual leave management and general upkeep of warehouse, including regular maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Monitor MHE performance and facilitate regular maintenance of Forklifts, Clamps, RF devices and WMS modules in line with the budgeted Capex.
• Manage and maintain all item master creation in data base.
• Create a new item codes, Update item description & categories, barcode and retail price.
• Closing accounts on every month end for whole organization.
