Duties Responsibilities
• Solely maintaining the petty cashes of PROs, Procurement officers, and day-to-day
working capital requesters.
• Daily keeping the track of Cheques issued, PDC Receivable, PDC payables and prepare
the Bank reconciliation weekly to make sure that the bank balance tallies with the ledger
balance.
• Ensure accurate and timely month end, quarter end and year end closure.
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior
managers
